The driveway to the courtyard is designed with drainable, green lawn liners. The four buildings on the courtyard are grouped together by a surrounding paving frame and form an open, central center which is covered with colour-coordinated gravel. The center of the property is the new courtyard tree, a red oak. The property is bordered by an orchard along the east side. The grove forms a filter to the neighborhood and includes the garden room. In the garden room, a swimming pool and neighboring bathhouse invite you to linger.
