A groundbreaking project is being built in Munich’s most prominent shopping street, Kaufingerstrasse: the former C&A building is being converted into an innovative mixed-use property called AIM. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025. AIM stands for an ambitious goal of shaping the future of inner city development in a sustainable and flexible manner.

The heart of the new concept is a green roof landscape that extends harmoniously across all levels of the building. This roof garden creates a unique interplay of indoor and outdoor space and offers a place of relaxation and inspiration. The natural design promotes well-being and invites visitors and users alike to linger and relax.

The AIM sets new standards for sustainable urban development. The roof landscape not only serves as a green retreat, but also as a contribution to improving the microclimate in the city center.
